DO I HAVE ACCESS TO MY SITE LOGS AND STATS?

Yes, You can access your site logs using the domain control panel. Access is provided via the username and password you received when you purchased your web hosting.
      

WHAT SOFTWARE CAN I USE TO RETRIEVE MY EMAIL?

You can use any email software to retrieve your electronic mail from your server. Please visit your domain control panel (e-mail accounts) for details about how to set up your email software.
      

DO YOU OFFER WEB-BASED EMAIL WITH YOUR ACCOUNTS?

All our accounts come standard with web-based email.
      

DOES ARGUS WEBS SERVICES SCAN EMAILS FOR VIRUSES?

Yes, all incoming and outgoing email is scanned for viruses on the mail server.
      

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME-ONE SENDS ME A VIRUS INFECTED EMAIL?

The Anti-Virus software will automatically quarantine the virus infected email and notify you that you have been sent a virus. In the notification email you will also have the option to automatically request that the infected email be sent to you.

The sender of the virus infected email will also get a notification warning that the user may have a virus.
      

DO ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS COME WITH FRONTPAGE EXTENSIONS INSTALLED?

FrontPage server extensions are available in the Small Business and Company hosting plans only.
      

CAN I USE BOTH FRONTPAGE AND FTP TO PUBLISH TO MY VIRTUAL SERVER?

Yes, although working with both is not always recommended.
      

WHAT VERSIONS OF FRONTPAGE DO YOU SUPPORT?

We support FrontPage 97, 98, 2000, 2002 and 2003
      

DOES ARGUS WEBS PERFORM DAILY BACKUPS?

Yes, ARGUS WEBS performs tape backups of our servers. We do however recommend that you also backup your site on your local computer.
      

DOES ARGUS WEBS PERMIT SPAMMING?

Absolutely not! We have a zero tolerance policy for spamming.
      

WHAT RESTRICTIONS DO I HAVE ON MY WEB-SITE?

Argus Web Services prohibits anything that would be considered illegal in the State of Ohio or in the state/country in which you reside in. please refer to Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for more infomation.
